Bought 2 cat collars and 2 dog collars. Our animals were covered in fleas as soon as the temperature went up. Had to go and buy Seresto collars for them to ease the suffering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I put one on my 3 year old cat. She’s all white. The collar irritated her neck so much it looked like her poor heard was going to fall off. Oh was red hairless and oozing. This happened in one day. Horrible.

Finally got my cat collar after contacting customer service on May 15,2024. I immediately put it on my cat. It has hasn’t kept fleas off of my cat. Now my basement has fleas that I’m trying to get rid of.! False advertising for sure!

I received their product on 4/24/24. By three weeks I was still pulling ticks off my dog, even fat ticks so the collar wasn’t working. I was determined to send them back but then my 90 year old father, who I was actively caring for with my siblings, took a turn for the worse and ended up in hospice. He passed on 5/30/24. On 6/03/24 I reached out to Dr. Paws and they would not budge from the 30 return policy even though I told them the situation. However, bottom line is the collar was ineffective and they wouldn’t stand behind their product. Don’t buy from them.

I opened the flea color and the smell was too strong. My cat is older. The other collar was unopened for my other cat. They refused to refund me my money.

Hello, Friends I share my experience, so the collars came in today & I put them on both cats, so they seem to be fine so far, I just notice that the smell is kind of strong.
