I received their product on 4/24/24. By three weeks I was still pulling ticks off my dog, even fat ticks so the collar wasn’t working. I was determined to send them back but then my 90 year old father, who I was actively caring for with my siblings, took a turn for the worse and ended up in hospice. He passed on 5/30/24. On 6/03/24 I reached out to Dr. Paws and they would not budge from the 30 return policy even though I told them the situation. However, bottom line is the collar was ineffective and they wouldn’t stand behind their product. Don’t buy from them.
