I have signed up my sons and I have yet to get one of my sons tablet to work properly. Keep getting server error. I have called their customer service number and was placed on hold for over 50 minutes only to be hung up on with no resolution. This is by far the worst . I thought this would be different but I would have been better off driving to Kumon at least I know I would be able to speak to someone. I called back again and was placed on hold for 38 minutes and was hung up on again.
