This is what I paid for that was supposed to be delivered last week . I have been emailing and calling but as usual no answer. And just this morning , I received a text saying they noticed my orders are add on. This is not my fault since their website agreed to Shipped it.

I ordered plums from them and they are terrible! They are not ripe and they are sour! They look ripe by color but terrible and not getting more ripe! Expensive garbage!

I received my order for a “ 8 pound box” avocados I weighed them and there were only 6 pounds and one of the premium avocados clearly had a cut discoloration and was not good. It has been 48 hours and I’ve been trying to reach them. I’ve sent emails. Their phone number says that they don’t do any telephone support and I have never been so disappointed in a company.

I ordered a Longan stick on May 9,24. It has not been shipped to me. I emailed them and did NOT get a response. Ironically, they continue to send me emails about buying their delicious exotic fruits. I finally called them and had to leave a message. Still, they did not tell me when it would be shipped.. I have asked my credit card issuer to get my money back. They are not real.

I ordered a 7lb of exotic fruit variety box and received 5,5 pounds of ugly and small fruits I wouldn’t take home even if they were given for free! Lychee was molded, and broken and leaking as well as the longan fruit. Everything was bruised and scratched, and tasteless! I Paid more than 100$ it took 10 days to arrive, and they don’t have customer service, they don’t answer the phone nor the emails, there is no way to contact them, i have tried Facebook and Instagram too! They just take your money with false advertisement and then send you garbage!

They have a farm but most the fruit they sell is from distribution. They claim to sell a few select fruit from partner farms, but looking at their seasonal produce most is out of season for San Diego. They probably have a cooler and just buy wholesale.

Don’t waste your money or your time. I ordered on January 24th 2024 and never received anything. I’ve called and emailed. How about no one ever answered either of the 2. $43 down the drain.

this CHARLATANS, FIRST SENT ME WRATHEN CHERYMOIAS,AND THEN THE SECOND ORDER OF YELLOW DRAGON FRUITS, THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME ,NOW IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THIS HYWAY ROBERS ON THE PHONE THAT THEY PROVIDE -STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIFS !!!!!!!!!!!!-THEY CAN GO TO PURGATORY AND STAY FOR ETERNITY ON THE UNDERWORLD,THEY ARE WORST THEN SCARAOTZKY !!!!

Received my order about 1-1/2 week after placing order. Most of the star fruit i received was small and terribly sour, not edible the ones thats edible was tastless, i don’t think they have a farm becuse if they did they would kno better than ship people the crap they sent me. $100 wasted!

Literally- a few pieced of banned up fruit for $100. Don’t order from them

Don not buy nothing from these con people. They just send you pice of junks and heavy woods in the box instead of fruit. Dey old rotten heavy fruits to just fill up the box . They need to be reported

Cant get ahold by phone, email, or FB this is a scam i ordered 2 weeks ago and never recieved confirmation, order nothing and they dont respond either

Fruits were bad and inedible! Contacted customer service with pictures no solution.
